2. Site Survey & Analysis
We assess the site’s existing conditions — soil, sunlight, drainage, levels, and plant health and measurements — to best assist us in creating your bespoke design.
3. Concept Sketches & Mood Boards
You receive preliminary layouts and visual references, including plant themes, materials, and features, aligned with your ideas that.
4. Scaled Garden Plan
A full-color, scaled garden design plan that utulises unreal engine:
Hard landscaping layout (paths, patios, raised beds, water features)
Planting schemes with recommended species
Functional zones (e.g. seating, dining, play areas, wildlife zones)
Lighting and irrigation suggestions

5. Materials & Planting List
A complete list of plants, soils, aggregates, timber, and other elements, with advice on sustainability and maintenance.
6. Optional 3D Render or CAD Plan (additional cost)

If you wish, we can provide full implementation including sourcing materials, installing features, and planting according to the final design.
